Treated Conditions - Joint Mal-alignment

This in theory can occur anywhere in the body. However some joints are more prone than others, such as a Spinal Scoliosis, Hip and Pelvic imbalance, Genu Valgum and Genu Varum (Bandy and Knock knees), Spondylolisthesis, which usually associated with forward movement of last Lumbar vertebrae (L5) in relation to the rest of the spine (can occur in the neck and can also go backwards, Retrospondylolisthesis). Inversion and Eversion of the ankles (turning inwards and outwards) can be associated with flat feet (arch problems in the foot).

Any of these and other joint mal alignment problems make it more likely to develop  Osteo Arthritis, due to uneven and excessive joint wear due to the joints not meeting and functioning in a straight fashion. It can also lead to Muscle, Tendon, Ligament problems and neurological conditions involving compression syndromes of the nervous system.
